After coming back to my home country after 17 years abroad, what I say just plainly shocked me. I don’t remember it being like this, there’s literally trash everywhere. People just carelessly throw the garbage out of their car windows. Driving down in the country, you can’t pass a mile without seeing trash everywhere. This trash then pollutes the water, soil and air. A lot of animals die by eating this. Just look at the pictures above.
Festivals are an even worse example, even though they have crews that clean un the trash, the attitude of the people is just horrible. Purchase-consume-discard is extremely common. The people just don’t care. This is just horrible. There are people who do care, but why should they clean up the trash other throw carelessly.
Humans are destroying the environment. Remember that what you do to nature you also do to yourself because it will eventually make its way on your plan. We need to start changing as soon as possible before we are remembered as the generation that destroyed the planet. Do something!
If I see somebody throwing trash out of their car window, I’m reporting them on the spot, no exceptions.
