Hunting Rustic Log Cabin on 10 Acres With Garage & Utilities. $145,000

Welcome to Adorable Living Spaces. Located at 14598 County Road 415 in McMillan, Michigan, this off-grid log cabin is listed for $145,000 and sits on 10 private acres in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, with year-round access and snowmobile and ORV trails running right by the property.

The approximately 900-square-foot cabin offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, living room, dining area, and covered porch. A private well and septic system are already in place, while electricity is supplied by generator power. Both the cabin and garage have durable metal roofs.

A separate garage provides storage for snowmobiles, side-by-sides, tools, and other recreational equipment, while the large loop driveway makes it easier to maneuver trailers and provides additional parking and room for snow removal. Hunters will also find an elevated deer blind already located on the acreage.

Although the cabin has reportedly been lightly used in recent years, it has continued to be heated through the winter, with the property kept plowed and accessible. With 10 acres, year-round access, off-grid utilities, equipment storage, and trails at the doorstep, it could work particularly well as a hunting camp, snowmobile headquarters, ORV basecamp, or private Upper Peninsula getaway.
