Posted on April 9, 2019August 21, 2019 by Adorable Living Spaces

Almost all parts needed for construction, about 90 percent of the luxurious summer house are entirely made of three-dimensional elements (3D-printed modules), including decorations, pipes and kitchen elements.

Materials used for the elements of the object, are not disclosed by the authors of the project. It’s only revealed that the house is very resistant (withstand magnitude-9 earthquake), cheap and harmless. Approximately $400 – $480 construction costs are reduced per square meter.

It’s supposed that the materials are fireproof and waterproof and are made from industrial and agricultural waste. Also they do not consist of harmful substances such as formaldehyde, ammonia, and radon. This statement is according to the company’s managing director.

The owner of this amazing house can choose the design of the modules (jade, marble, wood, and granite). Also the walls are implanted with aromatic plants for indoor aromatherapy.
