Farmhouse on 23 Acres With 2 Ponds, 2 Barns, Workshop and Fenced Land. $169,900

Welcome to Adorable Living Spaces. Located at 643 Reid Rd in Vina, Alabama, this original farmhouse is listed for $169,900 and comes with approximately 23 acres divided into two parcels. The property combines a country home with fenced land, ponds, barns, and plenty of space for a small farm or rural retreat.

The approximately 1,064-square-foot farmhouse offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, along with a classic wraparound porch overlooking the property. Fruit and shade trees add to the rural setting, while well water serves the home and an additional well is also located on the property.

Outside, the acreage is fully fenced, with an additional 2-acre section separately fenced for added flexibility. There are 2 ponds, a 30′ × 20′ barn with a concrete floor, another storage barn, and a large workshop with concrete floors and electricity. The workshop also has plumbing for a potential kitchen or bathroom and its own septic tank.

With fenced acreage, multiple water sources, barns, ponds, and workshop space, the property could work well for hobby farming, livestock, homesteading, or a private country retreat. Buyers should verify the boundaries of both parcels, fencing, condition of the farmhouse and outbuildings, both wells, septic systems, pond conditions, and permitted uses of the workshop before purchasing.
