In 1893, 30th Indiana Governor Warren T McCray built this adorable turret style Victorian house which is Kentlands’ best type of historic house.
It’s designed and built with four bedrooms with closets and a lot of storage space and of course four bathrooms. All of them are situated on the second floor. However, on the entry level there is a foyer and grand stairway. Also additional servants stairway in the kitchen. The living and dining rooms are planned in detail with an open concept style, but wood pocket doors can be integrated in order to close the space if needed. Besides, it consists of original hardwood floors and stained glass which is all around the interior. Last but not least, a third floor featuring a lot of free space for living. And finally, a music room with a piano that is as old as the house, which means it has been there since the construction of the house. Wrap-around porch forming the outlook of the house.
Value of this stunning property is $170,000.
