If you ever wanted to build a tiny house made out of earth bags, this time-lapse video is just perfect for you
It must be one of the most awesome tiny houses out there, plus the time-lapse video is just as fascinating. The whole house is made out of earthbags which are like sandbags only lightly packed with soil. There is also some wooden frames for openings and support.
Now the above lesson might seem a little bit boring, but watching the time-lapse is the very opposite, seeing the builders in action layering all those earth bags is very satisfying plus it’s a great tutorial to boot.
Built in exactly 2 months, which is a great achievement by the way, the house is very stable and sturdy. With no signs of weakness it is a fully fledged shelter.
One must give respect to the workers involved in this project, for two months they worked relentlessly to finish this project, even grinding it out through freezing weather and snow. But at the end their dedication paid off with this amazing house.
Enjoy, learn and share, Thanks!
