If you are on the lookout for a change in scenery this utopic, picturesque mountain village in Switzerland might just be the thing you need. Called Albinen, the village is now offering handsome sums of money to move to the remote community, the question is would you ?
The town is very peaceful and quiet but recently more and more young people are leaving the town, said municipality president Beat Jost. The population now is at a meager 240, forcing the school to close and the children to commute to another town for school. So how does a rich country solve this problem, by offering people money to move in, of course!
The program aims for people under the age of 45 who want to buy or build a new home. 25$ thousand will be offered for any adult and children are worth 10$ thousand. So a family of four would easily manage to obtain around 70$ grand, provided if their investment in the home is no less than 200$k. If you are like the great Geodor Vassillyev who fathered 69 children with his first wife you will make a boatload of money, 700$ grand to be exact. All those children will be a good return of investment.
