Built using only reclaimed materials salvaged from old barns and houses awaiting demolition, the cabin log which we are about to explore below is completely recycled – and it’s pretty hard to tell.
This medium-sized cabin offers only one bedroom in just 640 square feet of living space, and is able to comfortably house a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a weekend vacation. The log was constructed by famous builder Reclaimed Space and just like the rest of their structures, this cabin also came pre-fabricated. However, the company makes agreements to build on site.
Perhaps the most fascinating thing about this house is the fact that almost all of the wood you can find inside was scrapped from old barns. Since the wood was already age-damaged, but restored, it gives off a rustic old vibe that you can’t find with other log houses.
Aside from these gorgeous details, the cabin, like we mentioned above, packs just one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and kitchen area. But the perks of spending time here is that you are surrounded by nature, peace and serenity, so you can enjoy plenty of privacy as well as outdoor activities.
