Have you always wondered if it’s possible to build a home for $6000? You probably have a very small cramped up place in mind for that price, this cabin below was built exactly from start to finish while staying in that price range. The cabin is basic A-frame that’s 14 feet by 20 feet and might seem plain on the outside but the inside can be really spacious and attractive. The interior as always will be left to each owner to plan and build, but constructing the cabin itself is something that you follow a guide on. First things first you have to take it slowly and follow the process of building a normal building, start with the foundation, placing the rough floor and then raising the walls etc. The full list of the materials; with every cost involved are on the next website alongside the entire story of how this was constructed.
If you have basic carpentry skills you too can construct this one-room cabin for $6000. If you want all the utilities included the price is of course going to be higher. The prices Steve that Steve shows us include the frame, rough floors and shingled roof but not the windows, the doors and the exterior siding

My living room is bigger than that.
I’m a designer builder, just finished a Pueblo Indian style B&B retreat in the desert of Mexico, thinking about a stone cabin on land I have in the mountains, I like this size a lot, 14 x 20, good for a weekend getaway, afterall, it’s a cabin, not a house, I’ll use a different design for the local landscape, but good plan.
Very interested. Keeps touch.
