In New Zealand there is a remarkable church built from live trees in a private backyard. The creator is Brian Cox who managed to finish this project for only 4 years. And it looks pretty amazing.
Cox made a selection from a wide variety of trees and he picked trees with stone colored trunks and trees with scattered leaves for the church to have naturally illuminated ceiling by the sun. He is an owner of the gardening company Treelocations which replants live trees. For this procedure they use massive spades which provided him the opportunity to plant the trees the way he imagined and to complete the impressive church for only 4 years.
The idea came up in the years when Cox was traveling throughout the world and visited different churches. So one day he realized that his backyard is a perfect place to build a church. After years of studying different churches he cleared the space and began to work on the project that today represents this lovely astonishing church which makes him proud.

This is one of the incredible churches that I have ever seen. I would love to worship in a church such as this. In fact, I am going to suggest we build one here in Canada like it!! I think it would encourage people to worship our Creator more than in a regular church building!! God bless the man for thinking of such an idea as this!!
Nature is my church … absolutely stunning … good job Brian 🙂
❤❤❤
The idea is amazing, an outdoor wedding, sounds very good but the five pointed star shape design in the metal frame, rather than a cross, and a maze in the garden are off putting, spiritually, or maybe he is just oblivious to such symbols. If it was formally dedicated, however, it would be great. Maybe it is just a garden project, beautifully done, I must say .
Perhaps intended to please everyone, regardless of beliefs, rather than Christians.
